Reservation Policies

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you reserve. All reservations are not pre-paid. If It’s not Prepaid Hotel will Authorise One night charge plus Tax for Guarantee your Reservation. Non-Refundable reservations are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and require full payment at the time of booking. Must Provide a Valid Credit Card at the Time of Check-in .For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. Credit Card and Photo ID Must be in the same name on Reservation.

An Incidental Deposit equivalent to one night’s stay plus taxes is due at the time of check-in. For Early Arrival and Late Departure If the hotel is unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be securely stored at the hotel with our compliments. Hotel Lexen is a smoke free environment. Please note that a minimum fee of $ 300 will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation must be requested 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s stay plus tax, unless otherwise noted in the terms & conditions of your booking. If you simply do not check in, you will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes.

Pets Policy

No pets Allowed in the guest room or at the Entire Property. $ 300 Cleaning Fee will be added to your credit card if you are found to be in violation of this policy . in addition, you will be asked to leave the hotel regardless of your checkout date and time.
